Heather Bruton, MSW, CYT owns and operates 'OM Sweet OM YOGA'. She holds a Master's in social work and has worked for the past 11 years with (and developed) counseling programs for families from diverse backgrounds including mental, physical and emotional needs. Heather has practiced YOGA for the past 10 years in NYC & here in Vegas. She teaches the Satyananda style of Hatha YOGA from the Bihar School in India. She offers whole family YOGA with classes for adults, teens, prenatal & postpartum, including "mommy & Me" YOGA for children (ages 4-11), and YOGA for toddlers at local community centers or in smaller studios, providing more personalized attention.
