Blue Sky Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes including prenatal and "Mommy and Me" yoga, and also Kids Yoga/ Musical Movement! Cheryl is certified through the National Yoga Alliance and has been teaching for over 23 years. She believes that the peaceful practice of yoga can bring about a union of mind, body, and spirit that will be helpful not only through your birth-year but through out your life. Cheryl is a mom of 2 beautiful yogis.
